FST型反滲透純(chun)水(shui)(shui)機采用(yong)單級低壓(ya)(ya)反滲透技術,是(shi)一種(zhong)借助于選擇透過(guo)〔半透過(guo))性(xing)(xing)膜(mo)的工力(li)能(neng)以壓(ya)(ya)力(li)為推動(dong)力(li)的膜(mo)分離技術,當系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)加(jia)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)大(da)于進水(shui)(shui)溶液(ye)滲透壓(ya)(ya)時,水(shui)(shui)分子(zi)不斷地(di)透過(guo)膜(mo),經過(guo)產水(shui)(shui)流(liu)道流(liu)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心管,然后在(zai)一端流(liu)出水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的雜質(zhi),如離子(zi)、有機物、細菌、病毒(du)等,被截留在(zai)膜(mo)的進水(shui)(shui)側(ce),然后在(zai)濃水(shui)(shui)出水(shui)(shui)端流(liu)出,從(cong)而(er)達到分離凈化(hua)目的。反滲透設備(bei)(bei)能(neng)阻(zu)擋所(suo)有溶解性(xing)(xing)鹽(yan)及分子(zi)量大(da)于100的有機物,但允許水(shui)(shui)分子(zi)透過(guo),反滲透復合膜(mo)脫(tuo)鹽(yan)率―般大(da)于98%,它們廣泛用(yong)于工業純(chun)水(shui)(shui)及電子(zi)超純(chun)水(shui)(shui)制備(bei)(bei),飲用(yong)純(chun)凈水(shui)(shui)生產,鍋爐(lu)給水(shui)(shui)等過(guo)程。
